레노버가 새로운 게임 스마트폰의 플래그쉽 모델인 'Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2'를 발표했습니다. 핵심은 Qualcomm의 차세대 SoC 'Snapdragon 888'을 탑재하고 있으며, 스마트폰에는 드문 트윈 터보팬을 채용하여 게임 스마트폰의 이름에 걸맞은 단말을 완성하고 있습니다.

2020 년에는 모바일 게이머의 수가 26억 명을 넘어섰고, 앞으로 그 수가 더 증가할 것으로 예측되고 있습니다. 그런 모바일 게이머의 수요 증가에 따라서 Lenovo가 출시한 게임 스마트폰이 "Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2"입니다. 대형 패시브 냉각 증기 챔버 및 활성 트윈 터보팬이 내장되어 있기 때문에 단말기를 냉각하는 것이 가능합니다. 따라서 "최고의 성능과 안정성이 높은 FPS를 실현하는 것이 가능하다"라고 Lenovo는 주장하고 있습니다.
Qualcomm의 Snapdragon 888 스토리지는 UFS 3.1 호환 512GB, 메모리는 최대 18GB의 LPDDR5 를 채용, OS는 Android를 탑재하고 있습니다.
디스플레이는 6.92 인치 해상도 2460 × 1080 픽셀을 채용하고 있으며, 주사율은 최대 144Hz에 대응합니다. 본체 측면 중앙 부분에는 44만 화소의 카메라가 탑재되어 있으며, 버튼을 누르면 자동으로 넣었다 뺐다 할 수 있습니다. 이 내장 카메라를 통해 게이머는 생방송을 할 수 있으며, 전용 필터를 사용하면 배경을 제거하고 자신에게 아바타를 겹쳐서 표시할 수 있습니다.
또한 AI로 최적화된 4개의 노이즈 캔슬링 마이크를 탑재하고 있기 때문에 시끄러운 환경에서도 뛰어난 음질을 제공할 수 있습니다.
2개의 배터리를 탑재하고 있으며, 용량은 총 5500mAh입니다.

2 개의 USB-C 케이블을 꽂는 것으로, 17분 만에 80%까지 배터리를 충전할 수 있습니다. 완충에 걸리는 시간은 30분입니다.
대형 패시브 냉각 증기 챔버 및 활성 트윈 터보팬이 통합된 Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2의 냉각 구조는 다음과 같습니다. 중앙에 SoC가 배치되어 있어 효율적으로 열을 흘리도록 설계되어 있기 때문에 게임 중 단말기가 뜨거워지지 않도록 되어 있습니다.
측면 4곳과 후면 두 곳에 있는 하늘색 부분은 게임 중에 버튼으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
또한 Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2는 유럽에서는 메모리 16BG에 스토리지 512GB 모델이 999유로(약 134만 원)에 판매될 예정입니다.
